Plan your Belgian address.

For Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven, Liège, Namur or another Belgian destination, provide the full postcode, delivery entrance and receiving floor. Confirm loading space, lift dimensions and access times for your building. For several workplaces, give each configuration its own address and receiving plan.

Check the whole route through the building.

Provide the full address and postcode, the receiving floor and a contact person. Measure the unloading access, doors, corridors, turns and goods lifts. Check load limits against the actual packages and agree any bookings or restricted receiving hours with building management.

Agree delivery and installation.

Distinguish delivery to the receiving point, movement to the final position and assembly. Confirm who handles unloading, packaging removal, electrical connections and any site work. The written quote confirms responsibilities and the schedule before payment.
