FocusPod / Belgium
Plan installation and site access.
Confirm placement, building requirements, access and the selected installation scope.
Check more than the footprint.
Use the dimensions of the selected model and options. Allow space for the door, circulation, assembly, ventilation and maintenance. Additional equipment may change the required height or clearances. Check package dimensions and gross weights separately for receiving and transport.
How your pod arrives
See how your pod arrives in sections and is assembled at your workplace.
Watch video11 secondsAgree delivery and installation.
Distinguish delivery to the receiving point, movement to the final position and assembly. Confirm who handles unloading, packaging removal, electrical connections and any site work. The written quote confirms responsibilities and the schedule before payment.
Discuss the requirements of your building.
Review placement, escape routes, fire alarms and sprinkler requirements with the people responsible for the building. Check the available sprinkler and fire-alarm option and its delivery and installation scope. Selecting an accessory alone does not establish that the site meets every requirement.
Consider the surrounding room.
These pods create a separate space inside an existing workplace. Standard ventilation exchanges air with the surrounding room and does not cool that room by itself. Review the building conditions, power supply and any selected cooling equipment before approving the layout.
Plan your Belgian address.
For Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven, Liège, Namur or another Belgian destination, provide the full postcode, delivery entrance and receiving floor. Confirm loading space, lift dimensions and access times for your building. For several workplaces, give each configuration its own address and receiving plan.
Fire safety & building requirements
Sprinkler and fire-alarm options are available. We help you confirm the details for your pod and workplace.
Can you include sprinklers and fire alarms?
Choose the optional sprinkler and fire-alarm package in the configurator. Your selection is recorded with your project. Equipment, connections to building systems, installation scope and price are confirmed in your complete quote before payment. Selecting this option does not by itself include a complete installed system.
What should I know about fire ratings?
Fire information is specific to the model and materials. A material fire classification does not establish a fire-resistance rating for the complete pod. Ask us to confirm the relevant test documentation for your chosen model and finishes.
An acoustic “Class A” rating describes sound reduction, not fire performance.
What should we check before ordering?
Start with your building manager: they may have requirements for introducing a pod into your workplace. Share those requirements and your installation address with us so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and connections with your building team. Local fire requirements still apply; the package is not a blanket requirement for every pod.
